FAQ

Nutbush Poster      Why do I need to attend a Dance Class, we all know the NUTBUSH?

To qualify for your NUTBUSH T-Shirt you need to know the correct moves and can dance for the

full 5 minutes 15 seconds.   We have discovered 4 different versions.  We all need to be doing the same moves.

So, come along to at least one Dance Class and we will learn and practice together.

  How do I get involved?

Complete the On-Line Application Form or grab a hard copy from the UP TEMPO Cafe in Horsham. (next to the BP)

Once we have a Mobile Phone Number from you, you will receive Text Message Nutbush News Updates.

Come along to at least one Dance Class, in Horsham, to learn the Dance and practice for the full time.

Receive your Official NUTBUSH Dancing World Record Attempt T-Shirt (uniform).

You can join in the “Flash Mob” promotions leading up to the Attempt OR we’ll see you “on the day”

I live in Melbourne, can I still be a part of the Attempt?

Absolutely!   Register On-Line, so that we have your Contact Number & T-Shirt size.

See if you can make a Dance Class in Horsham in the lead up.

If you can’t, there are two opportunities on the Weekend of the Attempt.

FRIDAY NIGHT as a part of the Kannamaroo Festival at 7.00pm and 8.00pm  (Dancing in the street)

OR

SUNDAY AFTERNOON in the “Last Chance Dance” at 1.00pm  (Higher Entry Fee…$30.00)

Is this Event a Fund-Raiser?

The original World Record Attempt in 2015 was a Fund-Raiser for the Redevelopment of the Horsham Town Hall.

We received Dancer’s Entry Fees and some generous Donations and Sponsorship.

The 2017 World Record Attempt is not a Fund-Raiser.      Dancer Entry Fees are our main form of income.

After paying all of our costs to run the Event, any surplus will support the Town Hall.

Our Community Event is supported by the Horsham Rural City Council
